Almost three years ago, Antonio Brown got wrapped up in an incident where a driver named Anton Tumanov claimed Brown beat him up while he was trying to deliver a package to the player’s home. The incident went down in 2020, and now Brown has been ordered to pay the moving truck driver $1.2 million.

Tumanov sued Brown in May 2021 and says Brown went off on him after they got into issues about payment for his services. The man said Brown hit him multiple times and damaged his vehicle. Because he was hit, Tumanov says he suffered “severe bodily injuries.” Brown was eventually hit with criminal charges after Tumanov took his claims to police. Brown eventually cut a deal with prosecutors in 2020, resulting in him getting probation along with community service and having to take an anger management class to drop the case.

Court documents noted a jury found Brown liable for $407,000 for Tumanov’s medical expenses and $793,000 for past and future suffering and pain.
