Previously, Tsu Surf was arrested on RICO charges in New Jersey after the DEA conducted an extensive investigation. Nine other people were reportedly charged in the indictment. Now, Surf has addressed the charges.
According to Fox5NY reporter Lisa Evers, Tsu Surf pleaded not guilty to the charges against him via a teleconference. Evers said, “Rahjon ‘Tsu Surf’ Cox pleaded NOT GUILTY to federal charges via teleconference in US District Court in Newark today. He remains in custody at Essex County Jail.” Tsu Surf hopped on Twitter to speak on his situation, cryptically saying, “I seen monsters before… Free Me.”
Tsu Surf was previously indicted for alleged involvement with a criminal gang enterprise under the Rollin’ 60s crips. Charges included possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon and racketeering conspiracy.
