In this clip, Iman Shumpert discussed his role in ‘The Chi’ and whether he’s anything like the character he plays in the show. Iman recounted the process of landing the role after originally being cut for another role he auditioned for. When asked if he took acting classes, Iman credited working with his wife Teyana Taylor on her auditions. He added that he would pick up things from working with her, which has helped translate into his own budding acting career.
