In the wake of Takeoff's tragic passing, celebrities all across the spectrum of urban culture sent their expressed their sorrow. Rap veterans from Bow Wow and Lecrae to R&B singers such as Keri Hilson sent their condolences. Master P had one of the more profound responses about the state of hip-hop, while Desiigner's reaction was certainly one of the most emotional posts on social media the day after Halloween. All of these reactions were well received, but for some reason, when Brooklyn Drill rapper Fivio Foreign weighed in to lend his support for Takeoff's uncle, Quavo, with a mention about Zodiac signs, fans slammed him for veering off-topic.
"Pray for Quavo.. He a Aries I kno he takin this sh*t hard," Fivio Foreign tweeted.
And just like that, an introspective moment about the life of Takeoff changed from sentimental to backlash against Fivio Foreign.
"Grown a*s man talking about some zodiac signs," replied a Twitter user.
"The facts that it was his uncle is the reason he’ll take it hard. Not no imaginary behavioral sign," added another commentator.
