In this clip, Shawn Prez asked Chingy about the tension between him and Nelly, and Chingy explained that there were people around that were “starting stuff.” Chingy stated that he doesn’t think Nelly was the instigator, but he added that he understood that he had to ride with his people. Chingy then explained that he thought Nelly took a jab on “Another One,” and he added that things were getting “heated” in the streets of St. Louis at that time. When Shawn Prez told Chingy that he didn’t think Nelly was taking a shot at him, Chingy broke down how he perceived the diss. When asked about sitting down with Nelly, Chingy revealed that they have discussed things, and they’re now over it. Chingy then revealed that things ended when Bow Wow brought them both out on stage during the “Scream” tour. Chingy added that before then, he already had his mind made up that he wasn’t going to talk to Nelly.
