After years of making classic music together, Drake and 21 Savage released their highly anticipated collaborative effort, Her Loss. The joint album has already received rave reviews from DJ Akademiks. In a recent tweet, the famous podcaster praised the two rappers for the music on their new LP together. In the very same message, he made a point to take a swipe at one of his music industry rivals, Lil Baby.
"Drake and 21 Savage delivered us from all this mid we been getting… they dropped a classic. I’m on my 8th time listening back," DJ Akademiks wrote. "They saved us from that pile of Mid that Lil Baby dropped 2 weeks ago."
In the past, Lil Baby has blocked DJ Akadmekis on social media and even dissed his nemesis on songs like "From Now On." On the flip side, DJ Akademiks recently stated that he would happily testify against Lil Baby in court if he ever finds himself involved in a RICO case.
