People who bought a ticket for the record-setting $1.9 billion Powerball drawing on Monday (November 7) night were delayed due to a "technical problem" for over 10 hours into Tuesday morning. However, the winning numbers were drawn around 10 am EST, which are as following: 10 - 33 - 41 - 47 - 56 and Powerball 10.

The final jackpot total grew to $2.04 billion based on final sales, and the cash option would be $929.1 million, making it the world's largest jackpot ever.

The Multi-State Lottery Association released a statement regarding the delay, as they stated, "Currently, one participating lottery is still processing its sales and play data. Powerball requires all 48 participating lotteries to submit their sales and play data prior to the winning numbers being selected. Once Powerball receives the outstanding submission, the drawing can proceed. Powerball has stringent security requirements to protect the integrity of the game and remains committed to holding a drawing that gives all players a fair chance to win."
