On Tuesday, Ex-UFC Champion and former WWE wrestler Cain Valasquez was released from jail following an eight-month stint behind bars. The 40-year-old was granted $1 million bail by Judge Arthur Bocanegra, following a preliminary hearing in Santa Clara County. His release comes amid being charged with attempted murder for allegedly discharging a firearm in the direction of Harry Eugene Goularte (43), a man who reportedly molested Valasquez's 4-year-old relative. As Valasquez awaits his trial date, he faces the prospect of serving an extended sentence in prison if he does not beat the ten charges he faces, including attempted murder.
Cain Valasquez was previously denied bail twice by Judge Shelyna Brown.
