Kodak Black is continuing to go at 21 Savage for saying he'd beat him in a Verzuz battle after 21 told content creator Kai Cenat, "Kodak smoking dope."
21 Savage sat down with Kai to react to various things surrounding the release of his collaborative album with Drake, Her Loss. During their sit-down, Kai played 21 Savage a clip of Kodak saying that 21 was "cap" for saying he'd beat anyone in their 2016 XXL Freshman class in a Verzuz battle.
21 Savage told Kai, "I’m smoking Kodak. Nah, Kodak got some sh*t, though. It just depends on how a n***a play it, how it goes. N***as be acting like I don't got that sh*t, that's what be the problem. People be forgetting. I don’t know what n***as be thinking."
He added ,"Before all this Drake sh*t, I’ve been having hits, been having diamond songs. I'm probably the only n***a of this generation to go platinum with no features. They always talking about, ‘Oh, Savage a feature artist.’ No, Savage went platinum with no features. My first album, Issa Album, went platinum with no features."
Now, Kodak has responded to 21 yet again, and during an Instagram Live session, he stated, "21 don’t want the smokes, man. That n***a ain’t say nothing yet. I done DM’d that n***a. Man, wassup? Run it. I done hit Verzuz. Don’t be capping on this internet, homie. You ain’t ready to stand up in that fire, boy."

21 Savage went viral after claiming on Clubhouse that he would beat any of his 2016 XXL Freshman classmates in a Verzuz battle. When asked specifically about Kodak Black and Lil Uzi Vert, 21 Savage maintained his confidence that he would come out victorious in a battle against either rapper.
Kodak has now responded to 21 Savage on Instagram Live, where he stated, "I admire your confidence though…that’s how you should feel. You know I’m always going to put myself first though, over any n***a, any day. But, that’s cap."
