Dr. Dre is unloading one of his properties- a stunning oceanfront mansion in Malibu, with an asking price of $20 million.
The home is listed by Westside Estate Agency, who shared an inside look at the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home on their Instagram page. It features walls of glass that allows for ocean views from all three levels, including the primary suite on the top level that has a spa-like bath with an oversized tub and sauna.
Dr. Dre's ex-wife, Nicole Young, occupied the home during their divorce proceedings. Dre reportedly paid Young $100 million in their divorce settlement, but he retained all seven of their shared properties, as well as the rights to his music and stock options. Nicole was able to keep four vehicles, as well as her clothing, jewelry, bags, and furs, which are estimated to be worth millions.
