The murder suspect of Young Dolph—a man named Hernandez Govan recently appeared in the Shelby County Criminal Court in Memphis this past Thursday (November 17) and pleaded not guilty to charges against him.
Reports noted that Govan was the fourth person charged in the shooting death of the Memphis rapper. Govan was indicted by a grand jury last week on charges of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, and first-degree murder.
Shelby County District Attorney Steve Mulroy spoke on Govan’s arrest, saying they believe he allegedly planned the hit months prior. “Mr. Govan has been indicted and is in custody for being involved in the Young Dolph murderer. He played the role of the person who solicited the murder,” said Mulroy
