Previously, a 33-year-old Houston man named Patrick Xavier Clark was arrested and charged with the murder of Takeoff from the Migos. Details on the situation were limited, but it was noted the man allegedly shot the rapper in the head and torso while at a private party Takeoff and Quavo were attending at a bowling alley in Houston.
Since then, photos and footage of Clark being escorted into a courtroom have surfaced. According to prosecutors, Clark applied for an expedited passport following the shooting of Takeoff. When he was arrested, he had a large amount of cash on him, along with the passport. As a result, prosecutors are asking that Clark be held without bond, claiming he is a flight risk.
