Update 12/04/2022 1:07pm:

Previously, 33-year-old Patrick Xavier Clark appeared in front of a judge after he was charged with the murder of Takeoff of Migos. The man allegedly shot the rapper in the head and torso while he and Quavo were at a private party at a bowling alley in Houston, Texas. During his appearance, prosecutors asked for Clark to be held without bond, claiming he was a flight risk. Now, it appears the bond for Clark was set to $2 million.

Reports noted that the court agreed Clark was a flight risk after documents revealed he applied for an expedited passport following the shooting of the Migos rapper. Clark intended to head to Mexico, and the man had the passport and a large amount of cash when he was arrested.

If Clark can make the $2 million bond, he won’t be able to contact the victim’s family. Also, Clark will have to wear an electric monitor while on 24-hour house arrest. He will also not be allowed to have firearms, illegal drugs, or alcohol.
