Although the former Sixth Man of the Year never performed at an all-star caliber level, he was considered one of the greatest three-point specialists of his era. The legacy Dell left behind upon retirement was so memorable that when his two sons came of age, NBA fans knew exactly who inspired them both to wear #30. Dell Curry finished with a three-point percentage of 43.1%. Today, Seth Curry's career average from beyond the arch is 43.9%, while Dell's oldest son, Steph, is shooting 42.8% for his career (seventh all-time). Needless to say, if you're a Curry, shooting is in your blood, and your depth perception, in terms of raining three's is far more prevalent than the average jump-shooter.
Steph Curry kicked that notion into a higher gear when he appeared to drain five full-court shots in a row at the Golden State Warrior's practice facility. Footage of Steph's otherworldly marksmanship surfaced online Sunday night in a joint post by the Golden State Warriors and Sports Illustrated. Since then, fans have been debating the validity of the footage. While the display seems unrealistic to some, no one has been able to disprove the footage yet. The two-time MVP can be heard yelling, "That's five in a row," as he ran off the court while the ball was still in the air.
