In this clip, Yung Joc reacted to T.I. ranking the greatest rapper out of Atlanta, and Shawn Prez let Yung Joc pick from Future, Jeezy, Outkast, Young Thug, and T.I. Yung Joc explained that Jeezy and Gucci aren’t technically from Atlanta, but they represent the city in a major way. Yung Joc then added that he couldn’t choose the “greatest” because they are all special, including T.I., who Joc thinks “stumbled” along the way but bounced back. From there, Yung Joc spoke about Jeezy and Gucci Mane, and he went on to point out that Outkast has diamond records. Yung Joc added that no one was ever bigger than Outkast, who Joc believes are the only natives who have sold out Centennial Park in Atlanta. Joc believes that this proves that Outkast is the greatest rap act out of Atlanta.
