Kanye West made an appearance on the Clubhouse app and spoke about the backlash he received from attempting to put out his ‘White Lives Matter’ t-shirt. The rapper went on to say “Oh, you know what, let’s go get celebrities. Let’s go get Puff Daddy, let’s get Dave Chappelle, let’s go get Meek Mill… What made somebody think Meek Mill could say something to me?!,” before laughing.
Since then, Meek Mill responded to West’s jabs, going directly at the producer via Twitter. “Never lost my mind for fame or money… I still have my family, my people respect me,” said Meek. He continued saying “I’m freeing people from prison... I’m doing community service all month with children up close and personal.. I’m chilling wit my son and his friends today.. y’all on Clubhouse at 50 lol.”
