Clipper Darrell is one of the most recognizable superfans across the NBA but he's soon to be recognized for another reason after video shows him being knocked out in an altercation at a recent Clippers game.
The altercation took place during the Clippers recent game against the Boston Celtics when it appears Clipper Darrell, real name Darrell Bailey, got into a heated argument with arena security.
"Clipper Darrell became involved in a verbal and then physical altercation," Crypto.com Arena President Lee Zeidman said. "After receiving immediate medical attention, Darryl was transported to a nearby hospital for further evaluation and treatment."
"An investigation of the incident was launched which determined the employee’s behavior to be a direct violation of our training and approved responses resulting in the immediate termination and arrest of the employee by the LAPD."
