According to reports, Baltimore rapper YGG Tay is among six people indicted for federal murder conspiracy.

The unsealed indictment claims that Davante Harrison (YGG Tay) teamed up with an alleged Black Guerilla Family member to sell cocaine and heroin. Harrison allegedly gave a gang member $10,000 and a gun, which was then used to kill a person who owed YGG Tay money. Two men listed in the indictment—Joshua Duffy and Tyrell Jeffries were arrested this past Monday (December 19), while the other four people were already in the custody of authorities.

The indictment also claims that Tay hired a hitman to kill a person who accused the rapper of cooperating with the cops. The hitman didn’t find the person, which allegedly led to the target’s mother and sister being killed.

Currently, YGG Tay is serving 15 years in federal prison after being found guilty of gun and drug charges in July 2022.
