In this clip, Vlad starts off speaking to Pat Porter about her brother Donnell being killed nearly a month after her brother Rich’s funeral, and Pat explains that it’s unclear when Donnell was killed. Pat explained that the news of Donnell’s death “dragged” her, and she pointed out that her brother Rich was an accomplished adult and father when he died. Pat added that Donnell was just 12 years old when he was killed, and she questioned what Donnell did to deserve something like that. Pat then tearfully explained that while people have kept Rich and Alpo’s names alive over the years, she feels like her brother Donnell has been forgotten. Pat stated that the investigation was messed up when it came to Donnell’s death, and she explained that Donnell was brutally killed.
