Kodak Black got candid during a recent Instagram Live conversation with Yungeen Ace, when he stated, "I said, when Saweetie picked Quavo over me she made me cry brother. When Saweetie picked Quavo over me she made me cry bro."
Yungeen Ace then asked Kodak how he would've been with Saweetie, and the "Super Gremlin" rapper told him that he would've been like Ace and his longtime girlfriend, Chloe. While Kodak said he saluted Saweetie and Quavo for their three-year relationship, he didn't touch on how things got messy after their split.
Following their high-profile split, Quavo took back the Bentley he gifted Saweetie, and both rappers made subliminal disses on their songs. Many fans believe that Quavo was talking about Saweetie on "Messy," where he accused someone sleeping with his friend behind his back.
Saweetie seemed to address the rumors on her single "DON’T SAY NOTHIN," where she raps, "Why n***as always speakin’ on who I’m f**kin’ on?/He must’ve got excited when I Facetimed with nothin’ on/ Them same lips that’s yappin’ be the ones I nutted on."
