Gunna shared his first post on Instagram since being released from jail on an Alford plea deal in the YSL RICO case.

On Tuesday (January 10) night, Gunna shared a post of him alone in a living room, which he captioned, "N***as acting like they switching to a side But it’s only one side." He also shouted out Young Thug in a series of hashtags, writing, "#YslTheLabel #FreeThug & Yak." Gunna then closed out his message by writing, "GUNNA BACC!!!!!"

Juror selection began last week in the YSL RICO trial, with nearly 600 Fulton County residents being summoned to complete a juror questionnaire. Jurors were split into three groups of 200 to watch a four-hour video of Chief Judge Ural Glanville reading the 95-page RICO indictment, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

According to AJC journalists who covered the juror selection, potential jurors' "eyes got big and their mouths fell open" when they learned that the trial could last six to nine months. It was revealed that 14 defendants are being tried simultaneously in the trial, and more than 350 witnesses could be called to the stand.
