Bodycam footage has surfaced of Odell Beckham Jr. being kicked off an American Airlines flight a couple of months ago after falling asleep before takeoff.
While on a flight from Miami to Los Angeles, Odell fell asleep in his first-class seat without fastening his seatbelt. When he didn't respond to a flight attendant asking him to put on his seatbelt, emergency personnel were called to the plane.
The bodycam footage shows that Odell was awakened by the authorities, who assured flight attendants that the famed football player was fine. A flight staff member could be heard saying, "Crew at this time don't feel comfortable with him flying because they don't know what's going on with him."
The officers responded by stating, "If you don't want him to fly, that's your decision that you guys are going to have to make." Everyone on the flight, including Odell, then deboarded the plane. However, Odell got into an argument with one man, telling him, "I would never ever in my life get off the plane for you, not specifically you. Maybe for everybody else I would get off the plane."
The two men exchanged words, with Odell tell him, "You're going to wait 40 minutes, and I'm going get on a private plane home."
