The friendship and working relationship between Georgia rappers Lil Baby and Gunna have been well documented. Long before the pair released a number of hit songs, such as "Close Friends" and "Heatin' Up," Gunna reportedly taught Lil Baby how to rap. Today, they're both multiplatinum recording artists, but a distinctive difference is how they are viewed by their peers in the rap game. In light of the plea deal that Gunna reached in the YSL RICO case, Lil Durk recently dropped a snippet from an upcoming diss track about him. Now, it appears as though Gunna's close friend, Lil Baby has distanced himself as well.
In the past, Lil Baby has gone on record to state the importance of his friendship with Young Thung. So, his "unfollow" on IG could indicate which rapper he is siding with in the highly publicized legal case.
