Lil Tjay has gotten back to performing his music following being shot several times and spending time in the hospital. Earlier in January, photos of the rapper performing with his shirt off surfaced, and the bullet wounds from the shooting were on full display for fans to see. Tjay previously addressed being shot, saying he has a bigger purpose now. However, footage of the rapper being arrested by the NYPD while heading to a video shoot surfaced.
Tjay was reportedly en route to a video shoot with rapper Ice Spice. Tjay was held up in a traffic stop in the Bronx when police allegedly found a handgun in the vehicle. As a result, the rapper was arrested.
The Bronx rapper was booked for weapon possession. Stay tuned for more updates.
