Dipset may have come up short in its 2021 Verzuz battle against The Lox, but that doesn't mean there are any hard feelings between the two legendary New York crews. In fact, members from both cliques have checked anyone who tries to insinuate any bad blood between the two. One of Dipset's most well-known acts has taken the unity one step further by announcing a joint collab with The Lox's biggest star.
This past Tuesday (Jan. 24) Juelz Santana took to Instagram to announce a collab track between him and Jadakiss. Supposedly titled We In Motion, Juelz told fans, while singling out Funk Flex, that the album is "what New York sound like."
"Me and Jada got a f***** banger, ya heard," Juelz said in his Instagram post. "Yo Flex, all that motherf***** 'what New York sound like' s***...this is what New York sound like. I guarantee you this is what New York sound like. We got what New York sound like. This that 'what New York sound like' that n***** outside of New York 'gon f*** with too. We In Motion, this s*** is a good project, man."
Both Juelz Santana and Jadakiss dropped their last projects in 2020. Neither Juelz or Jadakiss have revealed a release date for their collab.
