DJ Vlad starts this clip off by revealing to Kato Kaelin that he's been in negotiation talks with O.J. Simpson's team a few times regarding a VladTV interview but that things ultimately fell through because O.J. didn't want to talk about his infamous murder case on camera. In response, Kato speculates that perhaps if O.J. did an interview with VladTV, he could get himself in legal trouble. This prompts DJ Vlad to talk about the "Double Jeopardy" rule which stipulates that he could legally talk about the details of the murder case without incriminating himself, after the fact.
