The tragic and untimely passing of slain rapper Takeoff of Migos still has a grip on the hip hop community. As authorities have targeted Patrick Clark as the gunman behind the fatal shot, there are others from the Houston area still doing damage control about to preserve the image of their city.

J. Prince recently sat down with Quality Control's Pierre Thomas to discuss matters surrounding the murder and discussed their meeting while appearing on Million Dollaz Worth of Game.

Gillie expressed his apprehension about having J. Prince on the platform due to the nature of the situation. “When I got the call from you, you know OG, we was a little reluctant to do the interview because somebody lost they life. It was a sensitive situation,” said Gillie. “So, we talked, and then when you alerted me that you had sat down with [Pierre Thomas] from [Quality Control Music] and everybody saw things eye-to-eye,” he added. “As long as you see eye-to-eye with the people that’s most close to him, y’all got everything figured out, then you can come speak your truth.”
