In this clip, Luc Stephen recounted what led to him catching his first prison bid and how the experience only made him a better criminal. Luc then spoke about the transition from selling heroin to serving cocaine after his release in the early 1980s. He also noted how he and his crew would try to avoid attention from the feds by selling dimes, unlike their counterparts in Harlem who dealt in weight.

Luc Stephens then talked about notorious street figure Pappy Mason and his crew, the Bebos. Luc pointed out that Pappy was a “warrior” in the streets, and he went on to speak about opening a grocery store with Fat Cat Nichols. Luc also spoke about Supreme McGriff giving him a hard time but not having issues as he and Fat Cat opened a game room in his territory. From there, Luc detailed a huge arrest involving him and Fat Cat, which led to officers from all precincts coming in.
