In this clip, Nicholas Irving recalls an occurrence in Baghdad when he encountered a female civilian who spoke English and how that experience changed his perspective on the people there. Moving along, he recounts a horrific incident when one of his snipers shot a star pattern into an old lady with an AK in her possession. He explains that the woman was an innocent civilian who had been handed the gun by her son before she tried to run away.
