50 Cent has been celebrating the 20th anniversary of releasing his first album, ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin.’ The rapper and TV showrunner’s latest discussion of the album found him talking to Ari Melber of MSNBC. While talking about the album, Melber asked 50 about the song ’21 Questions,’ which found the rapper giving more details about its creation.
50 spoke about Dr. Dre’s reaction to the record, saying, “I know what this is. This N.W.A. with one member, and you really don’t need it. He really didn’t know why I wanted to put the record on.” Melber replied, “Why did you?”
While playfully laughing, 50 said, “Because I wanted ladies to feel like maybe they could fix me, and I had done so many push-ups. So I felt like, ‘This is gonna be good for my love life!’ I’m dead serious.” He continued, “I thought that they would see some way that they could possibly fix me or understand me in a different way,” before speaking about his famous ‘I love you like a fat kid loves cake” bar.
