In this clip, Shawn Prez started off by asking Nicholas Irving if he believes in God and if he’s afraid of death, and Nicholas explained that he lost faith after leaving the military. He then spoke about believing in a higher power after the birth of his son, and Nicholas explained that he had studied a lot of religions. Nicholas went on to speak about following the laws of the Nazirite, which he says has brought him a lot of peace in his life. Nicholas also revealed that he is scared of death now because he has more to lose now that he has a family. Speaking more about his time as a sniper, Nicholas explained that the best trait of a sniper is protecting others, and he added that he hopes he passes enough knowledge to his son while he’s alive.
