Gucci Mane and Jeezy were involved in a yearslong beef that involved violence and death, and the story of what went wrong after their "So Icy" collaboration has left people with a lot of questions. Gucci' Mane's longtime producer Zaytoven addressed the situation during his interview with VladTV in 2021, and now, Bleu DaVinci shared what he knew from his side.
During his interview with The Cam Capone Show, Bleu explained that he was originally on the song with Jeezy and Gucci, as BMF's Big Meech wanted to buy the song. Bleu stated, "It was going to be my song. We was going to drop with that record. But [Gucci Mane] wanted $100,000. Meech wasn't buying it."
Bleu added, "Meech was like, 'F*** that record… We ain't givin' that n***a no $100,000 for that b*tch a** song.' It came down to some sh*t like that, it wasn’t even Jeezy. It was really Meech that denied it." Bleu then clarified that Meech would've reacted similarly if Gucci Mane wanted $15-20,000 for the song, and he guessed that Gucci Mane felt some way about the situation.
