In this clip, Shawn Prez started off speaking to Stephanie Mills about how he doesn’t like how Oprah hasn’t been welcoming to rappers during her career. Shawn pointed to Ludacris being on her show with the cast of “Crash,” but never asked him any questions. Stephanie admitted that she doesn’t know much about Oprah, and she added that she’d address anyone who speaks publicly about the people that she loves. Stephanie added that Gayle King should’ve turned off the camera when R. Kelly got emotional during their interview. Shawn Prez went on to speak about Gayle catching backlash for asking Lisa Leslie about Kobe’s rape trial following his tragic death. Stephanie stated that she didn’t fear backlash when she spoke out against Gayle, and she went on to share her thoughts on the R. Kelly situation. Stephanie explained that the parents of the victims should be held accountable for the situation, and she added that Kelly deserves to be in jail along with Harvey Weinstein. Stephanie also stated that she’s never gone to a man’s hotel room to audition for a part.
