Yung Joc recently spoke to ‘Big Facts’ and revealed that his relationship with Pierre Thomas of Quality Control was dealt a blow after he failed to follow through on a collaboration with 2 Chainz that he put his money behind.
Joc said that he and 2 Chainz got a song done, saying, “[2 Chainz] gave me a love verse, I will say that he gave me a love verse and that n***a was going in and I was still signed and shit, so I came back me and P did a deal.” Joc continued, “So me and P put up $30,000 to push the record, so I asked 2 Chainz to do it for me, and I’m a bring him the money and the label going to cut the rest of the check for them. So I just give you a deposit on the label and cut the check.”
Joc then explained that when it came time to get the song on the radio and get approval for the release, “we couldn’t never get the clearance on it.” Because of the issue, the label wouldn’t give out the money, which caused issues with Joc and P. Watch above.
