Lil Wayne recently sat down with Apple Music 1’s Zane Lowe, who told Wayne that he came it at #7 on Billboard's list of the top rappers of all time.
Without skipping a beat, Wayne asked Zane, "Man, who the hell is before me? Was the list including all hip-hop, like before and after as well?" Zane then told him that Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, Nas, 2Pac, Eminem, and Biggie all came before him, in that order.
Lil Wayne then stated, "I can deal with that. I will tell you that I am a motherf***ing one. Everybody whose names you named, they also know I’m number one. Go ask ’em. They know what it is."
