Former NBA player Chris Herren sat down for his first-ever VladTV interview, and he started off speaking to Coach PR about growing up in Massachusetts, and he admitted that he wasn’t a fan of Celtics legend Larry Bird. Chris then spoke about his own achievements in basketball, including becoming a McDonald’s All-American, being featured in Sports Illustrated, and going to Boston College. Speaking more about college, Chris detailed being introduced to drugs and ultimately kicked out for failing drug tests. From there, Chris spoke about going to Fresno State and then entering the NBA Draft, where he was picked up by the Denver Nuggets in the second round. After his first season, Chris went to the Celtics, where he ended his NBA career and went on to play overseas. The conversation also focused on Chris’ struggle with addiction, arrests, and deciding to go through rehab.
