Previously, it was reported that a third person was confirmed dead following a tragic stampede that took place at a GloRilla and Finesse2Tymes concert. The stampede reportedly occurred after people ran from an anticipated shooting. However, Rochester police Lt. Nicholas Adams revealed that police found "no evidence to support a shooting having occurred" inside the venue. Since then, the family of one of the victims announced they intend to sue the Main Street Armory, GloRilla, and Finesse2Tymes.

Brandy Miller was tragically trampled to death in the incident, and now her sister Michelle has given an update on plans for her family. Michelle noted their family is suing all three parties and the event's promoters.

Michelle revealed her family is active in getting an attorney and has talked to a few lawyers since the news of their loved one surfaced. Miller’s sister says her family “has no plans to back down,” and they want to retain a high-profile attorney. Stay tuned for more updates.
