Recently, Chicago rapper Famouss Richard took to Instagram Live to show off an incident where he stole a bike from a delivery man. The rapper could be seen saying he was about to take the bike before dashing off into heavy New York City traffic.

Another part of the video shows the rapper interacting with police, antagonizing the cops by saying "y'all not even cut like that." Eventually, the delivery man whose bike was taken caught up with Richard and the police, causing the cops to go after the rapper. Watch above.
