Update 04/04/2023 3:07am:
Bandman Kevo recently sat down with Say Cheese where he elaborated on the financial situation between himself and Gunna over a shelved feature that cost the Chicago rapper $250,000. A few months ago, Bandman Kevo took to social media demanding he get his money back on the grounds of a "snitch refund" considering Gunna's then-legal issues. Now, Bandman Kevo is upping the stakes and is asking for millions at this point.
“Really I want more money, because I feel like all the time I wasted, over a year, it could’ve—that was at that time type shit, you know? I feel like I deserve some real M’s, who knows where the song could’ve been at before you messed your name up?," Kevo said in his sitdown with Say Cheese.
When asked how much he's looking to recoup, Kevo stated plainly, "Like $5 million."
He added, “Realistically, before he got locked up, if I would’ve dropped the song, he would have posted it, and it would’ve did what it did. The song, I was gon’ make it go big, brother, you feel me?”
Bandman Kevo noted that Gunna being labeled a snitch essentially wasted his "investment."
“Soon as I invested, I feel like that’s when he was at his peak,” Kevo said. “Now if he would’ve got out and done the right thing, he would’ve been bigger.”

With an estimated net worth of $5 million, Bandman Kevo's ventures as a businessman have transcended the rap game. The Chicago native has become so prolific at generating revenue streams he often shares financial advice with his supporters online by posting instructional videos about credit repair, acquiring business tradelines, generating content for social media, and more. Nevertheless, there appears to be a certain financial investment in particular that Bandman Kevo regrets.
In the wake of the recent turn of events in the YSL RICO case, Gunna has been chastised by many people in the music industry for being a "snitch" and cooperating with authorities to negotiate his freedom. Unfortunately, for Bandman Kevo, who recorded a song with Gunna last year, the occurrence is bad for business, and it completely devalues their music collaboration. Therefore, Bandman Kevo wants a $250K refund for the feature that he paid Gunna for.
The 32-year-old rapper recently took to social to state his case about a full refund. He even indicated that he may pursue a lawsuit if Gunna doesn't act promptly.
