Glorilla took to Twitter on Wednesday (April 5) to address a longstanding rumor that she spent three years in jail after she was caught stealing cereal from Kmart.
The rumors stem from a 2022 interview with social media comedian Funny Marco, who pressed the then-up-and-coming rapper about the alleged incident. During the interview, Funny Marco asked Glorilla if the information that his staff member found was true, and at the time, she stated, "He didn't make that up."
However, Glorilla set the record straight on Twitter, writing, "You hoes really sat y’all ass up there & believed I went to jail for 3 years for stealing cereal & dats why you hoes hearts be in y’all ass today because y’all believe whatever a n**** tell you." She added, "& dats da reason you N****s be taking care of kids dats not y’all’s till they 12 because you believe whatever a ho tell you."
