In this clip, Consequence spoke about the success of Kanye West’s first two albums and appearing on both projects. He also opened up about the mixed emotions people had regarding his success with Kanye West. Consequence also opened up about his friendship with J Dilla and how he was impacted by Dilla’s passing. It hit really close to home, considering that Dilla died from lupus and Cons has been diagnosed with lupus as well. Later in the clip, Consequence recalled dropping his debut album and took Vlad through the machinations of how he finally got it released.
