In this clip, Vlad asked Beanie Sigel about Kanye saying that he owes Beanie $50 million, Beanie clarified that he never said Kanye owed him anything, and Beanie added that he gave Kanye his “Yeezy” nickname. This led to Vlad speaking to Beanie about a previous story he told about saving Kanye from getting his chain snatched. Moving along, Beanie responded to being asked about Kanye being mired in controversy and losing deals in recent years after being introduced to the world as a producer on his album. Beanie explained that Kanye did a lot of production for State Property before doing Jay-Z’s The Blueprint, and Beanie stated that they all knew Kanye’s talent. Beanie then spoke about Kanye’s current status, and he stated that he thinks Kanye knows what he’s doing, but he added that Kanye gets caught up. Beanie added that he hadn’t seen Kanye in a little while, and he revealed that they met up after the “Drink Champs” interview, where Kanye said he owed him money. When asked if they worked out a deal, Beanie said that it’s not something that is in the works, and Beanie stated that Kanye has a lot to focus on right now.
