Paul Pierce appeared on the ‘I AM ATHLETE’ podcast and was asked about the incident where he was fired from ESPN after posting a video of him with numerous women to Instagram.
The firing of Pierce came as he was starting to become a staple on ESPN, and the former NBA player spoke candidly on being fired, saying he didn’t think it was justified. “I got fired for having some entertainment… It’s girls dancing, and we blowing some tree, what did I do wrong?” said Pierce.
Pierce then said the only thing he was mad at in the situation was that his daughter witnessed the entire ordeal. Watch above.
