He detailed how “spooky” it was to wind up with the same autoimmune diseases as Phife Dawg and J Dilla, respectively, and what’s changed about his lifestyle since. Consequence said at his worst, he lost 50 lbs and was told by the doctor if he didn’t begin an insulin regimen, he would surely die.
