In this clip, Terrance Roberts recalls an in 2008 incident when the crips burned down a historic shopping center on Holly Street in Denver. The former Blood gang member turned activist talks about putting pressure on the Mayor of Denver at the time to restore The Holly before explaining that his vision for a new and improved version of the area came from a dream of his. As the interview moves along, he talks about the work he did in the community to build bridges between the gangs and the assistance that he got from a former rival of his, ex-Crip Jurrell Wright.

Roberts also talks about a billionaire approaching him to help provide funding for his non-profit. Terrance details calling the CEO of Big Brothers and Big Sisters club and telling him about his organization, which led to the Anschutz family coming to take a tour. Terrence later speaks about Libby Anschutz wanting to donate $5 million to the organization, which he says is still doing great today. From there, Terrence opens up about providing jobs for people in the community, and he adds that things strayed from his initial vision, including not hiring African American workers. Terrance then points out that after they got the $5 million, his opinion mattered less, which led to him speaking out of frustration.
