In this clip, Yung Joc gives an impassioned take on the “no snitching” code in hip-hop and why he outright refutes it. Joc was responding to 600 Breezy questioning whether Quavo would take the stand in the trial over Takeoff’s murder or would he pass on the opportunity to save his career. Yung Joc said the street code is overstated, and people need to grow up and care more about quality of life versus upholding a destructive code that ultimately doesn’t ensure anyone’s safety or success.
