In this clip, Terrance Roberts discussed how law enforcement agencies wanted his organization to provide information about potential gang members/gang activity through a program titled “Word on the Street” in exchange for organizational funding. Terrance explained why his org was against that program and arrangement while also laying out how he began to lose funding as a result of his org’s lack of cooperation. Later, Terrance dished on his contentious relationship with Denver anti-gang activist Reverend Leon Kelly. Terrance explained why the two didn't get along which was due in large part to Rev. Kelly's approach to reaching the gang-affiliated youth. Terrance also talked about how Rev. Kelly was touted to replace him after his falling out of favor with law enforcement.
