In this clip, E.D.I. Mean started off speaking to Terrance Roberts about being offered 30 years after shooting Hasan Jones, which he turned down because there was video footage of the incident. He added that he still fears for his safety in Denver after the incident and E.D.I. Mean asked Terrance about the prosecution focusing on the knife he threw down after the incident. Terrance then spoke about shooting Jones twice, including once in the chest, which paralyzed him. Terrance then spoke about smoke coming out of Jones’ mouth, and he explained that the police showed up screaming for him to put the gun down. Terrance revealed that the Bloods started rushing the police car, which led to them quickly getting him away from the location. E.D.I. Mean went on to speak about the charges Terrance faced and looking at “habitual criminal” charges that would put him away for decades. Terrance then explained that his weapons charges were dismissed because people testified that the Bloods were threatening his life at that time. Moving along, Terrance spoke about how Hasan didn’t testify against him in court because he was facing a much more serious case stemming from an incident after the shooting.
