Russell Westbrook and the Los Angeles Clippers faced off against the Phoenix Suns last night in game 1 of the NBA Playoffs, and the Clippers found themselves catching a 115-110 victory over their opponent. The game was pretty close, and it appears a fan had something negative to say to Westbrook during halftime, causing him to press the fan.
Footage that surfaced shows Westbrook approaching a man while a kid looks on, with the NBA star exchanging words. The fan in a Phoenix Suns shirt found Westbrook approaching him and saying, “Watch your mouth, motherf**ker!” As Westbrook walked back through the tunnel away from the lounge area, a person could be heard telling the player, “talk about it, be about it.” Watch above.
