In this clip, Cavario started off asking Brian “Peanut” Brown about catching a situation that didn’t stick, and Brian explained that it happened in June 1992. He went on to tell the story, and Brian explained that he started feeling the heat and decided to back away from what he was doing. Brian explained that his girlfriend’s mother borrowed money and got caught up in a “reverse buy sting” that led to him being arrested. Brian added that he called all of his associates and his connect to tell them what went down, and Brian revealed that the connect wanted him to call the FBI to tell them who he’s working with. Brian refused, and a week later, said that someone was threatening his life, and Brian spoke about being a suspect in a homicide after his other connect was killed. Brian added that the dead connect owed him $7 million, and he went on to speak about how he was broadcast on the news as a suspect in his death.

From there, Brian spoke about hiding out after that, but an indictment was later released, and Brian spoke about being arrested with a gun. He added that he was in federal custody after posting bond for the gun, and Brian spoke about filing a motion for a speedy trial. Brian then explained that they were trying to break him to get information about the connect that was murdered, and Brian revealed that the guy’s wife was a judge and his brother was a congressman. Moving along, Brian detailed being in federal custody and filing for dismissal after 181 days, which led to him being taken to his detention center, where he met his “real connect,” who was his godfather. Brian explained that he later found out that the godfather placed a hit on him because he knew too much, but he was pretending to look out for him. Brian also stated that he met with this same guy when he was on the run, and he later ended up in a situation.
